I originally reserved my truck in Salina Kansas and the location was changed to an hour away. That took 2 additional hours out of my day to go out of my way to pick up the truck. There was also no indication or warning that the pickup location changed until I noticed the day of pickup. If I would have noticed I would have changed pickup location to the town I was coming from. The should be more visible warning of this change. Salina did not have any trucks for me that’s is why the change was made. I just don’t understand the point of reserving a U-Haul ahead of time of the truck isn’t reserved at that location for you. We are not the first customers that this happened to. In the future please provide ample and visible warning of changes to reservations.
