Steven SThis location? Great!! Uhaul reservation system? 0 out of 5 stars. Why reserve a trailer for it not to be there, the reservation moved with zero notifications to another location that also doesn't have it, to be told that we need to drive to the other side of town to a place that might have it. I have reserved trailers twice with the ap and both times they have not been available.
BRIAN LElizabeth was very helpful, patient and kind!!! I am so thankful she is was there to help and answer questions as it was my first time renting a U-Haul. She was amazing and deserves a raise!!
