I will leave out the rediculous process you have to go through to rent the uhaul, for now. This location however wasn't much better. When I was given the number my truck was and didn't see it I got even more discouraged to never use uhaul again. My rental wasn't in the parking area. It was parked on the other side of the building completely out of sight.
Dylan HWe found the truck and it was absolutely bug ridden across the front of the entire truck and windshield. Both front tires were bald on the outside tread. Lastly, and most concerning, was that the “check engine light” light was on. It remained on throughout our 1000+ miles. I did call roadside assistance and the response was “don’t worry about it unless it started blinking”. We remained concerned throughout the drive, but fortunately we made it to Texas without issue. The inside of the cab and the truck bay were both clean.
