No one was there. When I called, the guy had already left the location, even though I had the pick up scheduled. We tried to do it over the phone, but he tried to charge me about $20 more that what my contract was showing. When I fought it, he threatened to hang up in one minute because they close in one minute. I reminded him that this call is recorded and this is not the standard of customer service acceptable by uhaul. Only then he acted better and all of the sudden my bill was $20 lower, as it was showing on my end.
