ROY AWhen I arrived after making my reservation online, the lady told me that I didn’t have reservation. She said a location downtown had my trailer instead. When I insisted, she did some looking on her computer and said someone else at UHaul had moved my reservation. She had to call them and ask that it be moved back. Why would this be done without anyone telling me? I did not receive a text or email saying my reservation was moved and I needed to visit a new location. Eventually I received my trailer and everything was fine, but this part was weird and annoying. On another note the man who hooked up my trailer was very nice, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions about how it worked.
Jeff CIt had been raining during my moving day and I was charges $25 because the van was "dirty" but it was a spot that a plant had been in and I slept the van prior to the return. Normal use is supposed to be part of the rental, there was no trash, swept van and a spot that could have been wiped out no need for pressure washing.
