I reserved a truck yesterday and when I went to the location today the truck wasn't ready and u guys made me miss my appointment. Customer service was helpful but the damage was already done. It will be a long time before I choose this moving service again.

had to wait 15 min for the owner to arrive to give me the truck. I also notice a ticket on the truck and told the owner about the ticket. He answer me in a very rude way stating the ticket is of no concern to me.
SHEIKMOHAMED NThe vehicle itself was extremely dirty and unkept. There were multiple alarms going off including low tire pressure and sensor issues. This location failed to provide any instruction which caused issues towards the end of my reservation. They were also kind of rude and did not respect my time. I will not be going back to this location and wouldn’t recommend anyone go to this location.
