How U-Haul Reviews WorkDuring normal business hours the service is probably fine however I was on site for almost 30 minutes not being able to get a key for the truck, due to this being an unmanned facility. No one answered the phone number it said to call. When the owner showed up to get keys for someone else he seemed annoyed that I was there and he didn't know I was waiting. The check in and check-out process is time consuming. It's anoying to have to answer all the questions about services I dont need, everytime I rent a truck.
