Originally booked at U-Haul store but was not going to have truck in and set me up with this place which I thought someone would have been there. Was not able to get truck do to not getting a lock code had to call customer support

How U-Haul Reviews WorkNo one was at the site for pickup and no one answered the phone at the location - even though this was during posted hours and I had specified a counter checkout. I could not access the truck I had reserved. I was unable to get a utility dolly or furniture pads. Customer Service at U-Haul got me another truck - larger than what I wanted - at no extra cost but it wasn't what I wanted. I was very unhappy with the experience at this location.
Karl KThe pick-up address I was provided via email was different than the one provided via text. This made it confusing where to go for pick-up because the one provided via email was incorrect. Then, I was told by one person over the phone that I could return the UHaul at 5 and then a text from another person asking why I haven't returned it by 3. Overall, disorganized.
