Overall it was an ok experience. The location is easy to find and access. The personnel was friendly, easy to deal with, and helpful. I would recommend this location but with a caveat. When I called to adjust the pick up time, I was told that my 0930 is fine. The person I talked to said, no problem and booked my time. A couple of things to keep in mind: My pick up was scheduled for 0930, the store wasn't open when I got there and I had to wait 15 min for some one to arrive. And the only reason it was only 15 min, because the building manager was around and he called the store owner. I think that I would have been waiting utill 1030 when the store opens.

Anthony PIt was closed so we just used the drop box. We handed in at least one day early.
Connor SI had a really great experience with U-Haul! The staff were very quick, professional, and knowledgeable. The truck was well-maintained, clean, and in excellent condition. I absolutely loved the service and will definitely be renting trucks from here again. Highly recommended!
