The gentleman who assisted me was fantastic. He was thorough with the whole process. He gave me directions on what was the easiest way to get out of town. He also made sure that the dolly and furniture pads were in the truck and confirmed the amount. I would give him a 25 out of 10. He’s an asset to the U-Haul family.
