How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe battery was dead when I arrived to pick up the truck. The hood of the truck was open, which indicated that someone had looked under the hood, but they never acted on a battery replacement. It’s unsettling to know there was little to no oversight before I rented the vehicle.

Sheila WI was frustrated with the app as it gave me trouble with uploading the photos of the truck during the pickup process. Then I was missing items that I chose to rent (furniture dollies) then it was frustrating that I had to return the truck to the same location and not one that was closer to my final destination within the same town that has 24hr drop off capability.
