Nobody at store to help me. After multiple calls, I reached a local person who said “just drop it”. They were fully aware I was coming. This was 3:00pm. This was a one way rental. I had to contact customer service multiple times. Five different locations and it took my driving another 100+ miles to return this one way rental! Unacceptable!

Susan GI had to drive 70 miles to pick up the truck after the guaranteed location which was one mile away from home got cancelled saying equipment issue . Very bad to spend gas and time because U-Haul does not care .I received the truck mobile pick up at night where the light was not sufficient to see the combination numbers . The truck front included the front windshield is muddy. I had to stop by the gas station to clean them to able to drive .. Additionally the 24/ 7 help was night mare and do not care .
