I rented the truck for a day although I estimated my time from 8-4, when I returned at 6 I was charged for an additional day. She said I had to return the track the time I said even though I only had the truck for less than a day. Not happy with the policy or the site that charged me extra.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkBoth pick up and drop off locations changed. No email or text was sent confirming change of drop off location. U-Haul representative never added the extra mileage promised due to change of pick up location. Worst experience I’ve had with U-Haul.
Brian GI did online checkin but had to re check in store. I was given a truck size that I did not request and told to return as I was leaving. Very frustrating as I spent about 45 minutes here and I was the only customer . Very convenient for me but would go to another location next time.

Dennis EClerk didn’t know anything about U-Haul. I did everything on my phone. Truck handled like a scow, I have driven many U-haul trucks and none have had such horrible play in the steering. And I ended up paying $300+ $70 in fuel. The price for what I got was absolutely absurd.
