I used the 24-hr self serve option to pick up my truck after normal business hours. The GPS location to login on the app is not the location where the U-Haul trucks are kept. This is unnecessary and confusing. The app uses a GPS location about 2 miles from the lot where the trucks are parked. So you have to log in to the app and get a code for the padlock, then drive about 2 miles to find the truck. The login site has nothing to do with U-Haul and appears to be a completely different business parking lot. Other than that, everything else went very smoothly.
