I rented for one day. It took more than an hour to complete the pickup at 12pm. I returned the trailer by 7 pm the same day to I75 auto repair and was charged another $7.95 no reason. The receipt I was sent after the fact showed a 2 day rental which was wrong.

R JHave somebody that knows how to check the reservations not accidentally delete them and not forget to do half of the procedures like give you the contract etc. would probably help if they spoke clear English as well
Julie SI started at 3:30 with the BJ’s team on the day of pickup and waiting for over an hour. After that they sent down the street because BJ’s did not have the blankets, no appliance dolly and no furniture dolly Allk corporate. I finally got the pads and nothing else. My next move will be back with a company
