While I appreciate the self check-in and return process, it’s pretty laborious to go through the app and take all the pictures. One issue during the self check-in process, the app got into a loop during the “take at least one picture process” that took me five minutes to figure out how to navigate past it. Also, it would be nice to have known the check-in and checkout process takes like 10 minutes to complete (if you’re unfamiliar with the process).
