TYLER HCustomer service here was great! I loved the guy. However, I originally rented or reserved a U-Haul two weeks in advance from another location (8th and wads). They transferred me to this location. The truck was not very clean. Had a chip in the window right at eye level, the door seal was coming off so I had to fix it. The check engine light was on and it’s not really appealing when there are dead roaches in the U-Haul. . The place that I originally rented from however, had plenty of trucks on their lot. I have no idea why they made me go there to pick up the truck. I ordered moving blankets with my truck. They didn’t have them at the location that they sent me to, so I had to go back to the original location to pick up moving blankets and also be charged twice.I ordered 12, they gave me four dirty ones. I’ve rented several U-Haul‘s over the last three months and this was by far the worst experience.
