Nothing...Pick up and drop off process was extremely easy. Representative on site was very friendly and helpful. Good location for easy equipment hookup and getting in and out.

Parking lot flooded with water , employees didn’t know how to check in , had to wait for manager

Charles ATruck inside cab smelt like marijuana and was horrible. Thankfully only had a few miles to go round trip. The parking lot is a mess with how things are parked. Getting the keys was a horrible process that took us an hour to do. When asked a Larry deli employee to help he stated that they don’t open until 9 (our reservation was 7:30am) that we had to use the 24/7 app. He refused to help us in anyway.
Althina WI did not receive the equipment and was still charged for it.
