The online system said a truck was available at a closer location. While driving there, I got a call that no trucks were available. I had to drive an hour each way to pick it up.

Charles OThe only reason I gave it a 3 star is because of the inconvenience of traveling 27 plus miles to pick up the rental when my location was Great Bend. Did not like that.
