There was no personnel, there was a drop box in the back of a building.
Logan PGas was empty (Less than 1/4 tank). Caution alert low tire. Had to stop on way out of town to get tire lokked at and air put in. I filled tank & paid $88.00 in gas and used 1/2 tank.
Karen SNot one uhaul employee on site. Had to talk to some random man on the phone, had to send him pictures of my DL thru whatsapp since the uhaul website kept giving problems. Did not have all items on reservation Even though I called days prior and specifically asked that all items be ready. The representative on the phone said Yes all is good to go. I called and asked because this was the Second time uhaul failed to deliver. I gave a second chance and had the same Problem Again. Please see previous reservation.
Abel PFrom the location of the truck, the truck being on E and being told urs enough for me to do a round trip and that he doesnt get a card to fill up the gas he does it himself is insane. I had to put gas in the truck soon as I left because the light came on. Also the drop off location isn't safe it's in the back of the building that's not well lit and you have to take lots of pics of the vehicle when dropping it off all while looking over your shoulders. Definitely wouldn't recommend!
