This location always seems to have computer issues, causing 20-30 minute transaction time. They don’t check in returned equipment timely. I got two phone calls from U-Haul the following morning wanting to know when I was going to return equipment, that I had already returned the day before! U-Haul should have checked with the Loa location before calling me!!!

There was only one guy on site who could help me and he was in no hurry to serve me, the customer. Went off and had a conversation with another person while I stood there and waited. Frustrating.
