The A&R Firearms facility was good and the staff were very accommodating. The issue was with U-Haul in general. Reservation was for a 26' truck. The day before pickup, we were notified we would only get a 20' truck, we couldn't pick up the truck until 11am instead of 8am (as reserved), and we had to drive 30 miles to pick up the truck. Unacceptable!
