No one was there at 4:45 pm so we had to leave it. Then she charged us $50 for gas and we were spot on correct. I called U-Haul and got a refund because I had taken photos of the guage so all good but a waste of my time

Prices are very high. Peak pricing, I guess.
Gilbert PTrailer was dirty. Turn signal did not work, they offered to cancel the reservation instead of repairing light. Trailer was dirty. No assistance hooking up trailer, had to lift trailer on hitch alone. Not a good experience at all.
Carl HIt was a great experience and the only thing was, I would have preferred a smaller truck but it wasn’t available. Will definitely rent from them again
KIM LStaff is very friendly, nice, polite, kind, makes you feel like family. She explained everything to me and wasn't in a hurry or rush with me. I will definitely rent from her again if I need Uhaul service again.
