How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe place of business was closed therefore I cannot answer the questions.
Alberto CNo one was there at 4:45 pm so we had to leave it. Then she charged us $50 for gas and we were spot on correct. I called U-Haul and got a refund because I had taken photos of the guage so all good but a waste of my time
mary mPrices are very high. Peak pricing, I guess.
Gilbert PTrailer was dirty. Turn signal did not work, they offered to cancel the reservation instead of repairing light. Trailer was dirty. No assistance hooking up trailer, had to lift trailer on hitch alone. Not a good experience at all.
