They should have a trailer hitch rental with a refund like stand trailer hitch with 2,, ball a receiver with 2" drop or the ball size tha is needed for any of there equipment that they have for rental. Another thing that would be professional would be if you have made a reservation for that piece of equipment to rent and there is a time schedule and the owner knows that they're not going to be there at that time they should most definitely had a locked key box outside of the building like they had for the trucks so you can still pick up your trailer rental on time if they are not going to be there. It had put me two an half hours behind schedule
