The staff were so rude and impatient when we picked up the tailer. We arrived a few minutes late, but with rental car reservations, you're not allowed to pick up until AFTER your reservation time, not before. We did not know that they expected us to pick up the trailer BEFORE the appointment time. They barked at us for helping connect the trailer and acted like we had not paid, but we had already provided our credit card information online with the reservation. Then when I returned the trailer, they interrogated me like I was doing something wrong, returning the trailer where I picked it up. Next time, we will rent a trailer with someone other than U-Haul because this experience was so bad.
