Staff walked past without trying to help me. The code didn’t appear on my phone to unlock the truck to get the key out. The manager made me run through the phone prompts a second time while he stood there. We wasted 10 minutes in the 100 degree Texas heat when he had the ability to unlock the truck to give me the key the entire time. I returned the moving blankets yesterday to avoid a second day charge when I extended the truck rental. We were assured that we would not be charged. When I returned the truck on day two the final bill has a two day charge fire the blankets. I called customer service but because the ticket wasn’t closed out in their system I’ll have to call back tomorrow.
