Truck was very very dirty. requested a hand truck received a appliance cart. Appliance cart was wortless. Ended up going to walmat and buying a hand truck to move boxes. Rear door failed twice. Once in Lubbock. Roadside help get it fixed. Door failed again in El Paso. Return the truck with the door suck open. Would not recommend Wreckem tires. Very rough location
kevin bI was very dosapppinted with the initial fuel reading of the rental unit. The gas gauge was 1/4 with a driving range of 69 miles. This forced me to gas up immediately. It also provide the additional challenge of returning the truck with such a low reading. No reason the unit should be rented with this low reading.
Mark AI believe the location is fairly new and has taken over a building previously used by a tire and auto service center. It still looked more like the previous business than a UHaul store. It was hard to identify from the road and did not possess a particularly inviting entry.
Russell CI had a problem receiving my final receipt. I do not believe it was the fault of the employee. He handled my concern very professionally and courteously. I did get my final receipt.
