Clean the equipment. Have it ready when reservations are made. Have all obstacles moved so the customer doesn’t have to move trailers by hand to maneuver out of where it’s buried. Finally, when a reservation is made during your business hours, be there. I got less than a day due to the hassle to get the truck I reserved ahead of time.
