The people who take and make reservations need to be more careful with information. My experience was horrible because I lost trust in U-haul. I kept anticipating the next obstacles in the process. Load sharing was offered and that was a disaster waiting to happen. I had to be very careful with information given by U-haul personnel. Triple check everything there, to ensure the compensation they offer at the end is given. They offered me 300 extra miles for agreeing to load share but my invoice when I picked up the truck was 300.00 more, it took them 1 hour to figure it out and fix it which made me late for other things. If I hadn't noticed I would've paid for the “free miles” . Be very careful with load sharing. On that end they were also giving me an incorrect drop off address which would've voided the compensation for dropping off the box. I wasn't offered compensation for the 1.5 hours of inconvenience. Something doesn't feel right with all those errors.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkBecause this is a furniture store and also does rentals I thought the whole process to rent was difficult. I can’t imagine an elderly or not tech savy person being able to do this. I will say Randall the person there was very nice but the U-Haul was really not his business.
