Website for the local rental place was down and our processing was not working. No resolution was offered to fix us not being able to complete our rental. We were told uhhh we can’t do it. WE ended up calling customer service and getting someone on the phone to do it at UHaul itself. It took WAY longer than it should have when my kids were 2 hours away in a broken down car in 90 degree heat. NOT impressed.
Robert BAce hardware do a great job. U-Haul on the other end has no clue what they are doing in business. I will never use U-Haul again.
