Rosario KThis was the worst experience ever!! Even though I rented an open trailer, I asked if I could return at a location near my house. They said if I took a closed trailer and paid more then I could return near my house. When I went to return the trailer the U-Haul guy yelled at me, said that I couldn’t leave the trailer and then called the police. I got a call on my cell phone from the cops and then had to deal with the police over the next few days as I was calling U-Haul multiple times and getting transferred around from person to person and trying to get it all straightened out. This was a horrible experience!!
