Larry was exceptionally friendly and really nice to work with. He helped me through the paperwork and got me set up and on the road quickly. The location itself is a little awkward as there is very little space to work in. Otherwise we got through it. Drop off location

Steven KThis is not an appropriate drop off location. It was a junk yard full of vehicles and no room to drop off truck. It had to be parked on the side of the busy road in front of business. We will never drop off a UHaul here in the future. Personnel were nice enough but not appropriate for a UHaul drop off location. Very dangerous for a drop off location for the safety of a truck !!!

The location was super convenient for us being only a few miles down the road from our home. The staff at JDM was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely use them again if I have need.
