I had to use roadside assistance. The truck needed a new tire. $300 for roadside assistance to come to your location, change the tire and get you back on the road. Fortunately, I purchased the roadside assistance for $7. Cost me $0 and they had a new tire on within about an hour. $7 well spent.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI had so many issues with the app, checking in, I had to call them to help me with mu app. Then they tell me that the people left me the wrong truck. I needed a 20 foot and they left me a 15ft. resulting in multiple trips. I was not happy at all with the price and felt overcharged. Will not use again.
Casey SGreat experience! They had immediate availability, everything was clean, and the whole process was quick and efficient. They also have equipment available to rent, which made everything super convenient. She even went above and beyond and lent me a strap for my belt when I needed one. It’s the little things and genuine kindness that make a difference. Very thankful for this company and would definitely recommend them!

John GAll my negative comments are related to the picture taking key access issues. If they had not been so awful, all my ratings would be Excellent.
