There is no actual office to meet personnel at. When I called it went straight to voicemail even though their hours say that they are open. I was lucky that there were other uhaul trucks there so I knew where to park.

BAMWESIGE KThe only thing is when I picked up the truck, the gas tank was on a fourth of a tank. When I dropped it off in Kansas City I left the gas tank on over a half of a tank and got charged with a fuel charge which I have pictures of the gas tank when I picked it up and dropped it off
