This location was a 35 mile drive distance from where I was using it in Chapel Hill, NC. Is there no a location closer that the unit could have been dropped off at? I don't understand why I had to drop it at this location when I have had options in the past. It was not convenient or appreciated at all.

John GI’ve never heard of a location charging a drop off fee without using the app. I tried to use the app and it would not pull up my location kept saying I had issues. I would like to be refunded my $20. This is pretty ridiculous. Also what was the damage / missing fee for? Was it the one moving blanket like I forgot?
