I’ve never heard of a location charging a drop off fee without using the app. I tried to use the app and it would not pull up my location kept saying I had issues. I would like to be refunded my $20. This is pretty ridiculous. Also what was the damage / missing fee for? Was it the one moving blanket like I forgot?
