The location wasn't open and I had to come back for my deposit refund. Then I was told I couldn't have it and it would be refunded by check. After contacting customer service my complaint was resolved but the owner lied and said I requested a check. He also continued to argue with me and say I requested a check even though I had a witness with me. Again terrible customer service.

The equipment was not ready to go. I should have looked at it closer as the front wheel bearing on the 26 foot U-Haul van was shot which created a problem for me to have the truck towed after I had loaded it and get it brought to Saskatoon and unloaded and reload onto a different one.
