How U-Haul Reviews WorkI wanted to have a positive experience and support a local business, but it didn’t go as I hoped. Among other things, I was charged a cleaning fee without notice and after I carefully swept out the truck bed.
Peter TI had issues checking back in on the app. Got stuck on mileage page each time. Called and was told to check in on mobile site. During process, keys got locked in truck. Frustrating that app wasn't working originally.
