How U-Haul Reviews WorkTruck was good (but boy 26 ft is big), process was easy, the owner/franchisee was helpful. Smooth sailing.
Jeffrey HThe guy at the location was pleasant, understandable and very patient with the process of the rental of the U-Haul. The process was easy and quick. Will use again if I have too.
Latrice PGreat service, thanks for everything
JOSEPH AIt was difficult to upload the pics when picking up through my phone. The man inside said it was because he already uploaded them (however the app doesn’t tell you that and wouldn’t let you proceed). The AC on the truck kept going in and out throughout our long distance trip which was annoying and miserable. We called customer service and they were not able to help us but noted the account. The only option was to pull over on the highway and call their roadside assistance, which we could not do due to our moving schedule. Not something you want to deal with when moving out of state in the Florida heat.
