We dropped off 2 trailer rentals 5x8 and 8x12. Even though it said they were open from 9-12, no one was there. Needless to say, we unloaded the trailers and dropped them off. I have received a receipt for the 5x8 but haven't received anything about the 8x12.

John CWhen we returned the trailer, the staff at La Perla Auto Sell didn't help us with the return of the equipment. They didn't give us a receipt; they just told us to do it online! We called the office phone number and no one answered. We had to go to the store and ask them to enter the trailer return into the system, because the app showed that we hadn't returned it! Terrible service, completely unprofessional.

Gerson OThe biggest issue was at pickup. The employee who assisted me appeared unfamiliar with the rental process and was unable to communicate effectively in English. As a result, it took approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes to complete a simple trailer rental. The delay was caused by the employee not knowing how to properly process the rental and having difficulty communicating with customers.
