CARL SThe staff were wonderful to deal with. Pickup and dropoff were fast and easy. The furniture blankets and dollies I ordered were already loaded. The truck cab and cargo area were clean and all the equipment was in good working condition. The reservation system worked easily, but I did have issues submitting the pick up photos online. It was on the throbber for a long time and even now I'm not confident the document submitted. I have one suggestion about the truck, install backup cameras! Driving an over large vehicle is daunting enough. Having to back it into position using nothing but side mirrors was nerve wracking.
