Ace Hardware was great. But your website or mobile app sucks. I have rented from U-Haul a few times and your app never works on my android phone, not even once. When renting they ask me to use the app to photograph my driver's license. It always says it "timed out" after 3 seconds. I can't even log in or sign up. I put in all my info to sign up and there is not even a " continue" button or "sign up". It just freezes. And even though I could never log in the app sent me four verification codes in a row ....with no open field to enter the access code on the app. What a mess! After multiple tries I just gave up. I suggest you people try eating your own dog food. Look it up.
tim cThe truck smells terrible of smoke and cigarette. Every minute driving was a torture. All uhaul trucks should be smoke free or atleast cleared of smoke before renting it out again.
Abiola AVery friendly and knowledgeable helpful but not pushy. No boxes and things at this location, 3 vehicles.
CHARLENE AThe pick up place is in Ace Hardware. The staff are not professional in terms of taking care of U-Haul customers. They acted like they want to get rid of me as soon as possible. Also almost every time I book a U-Haul at a legit U-Haul spot, I will receive a location adjustment on the same day to that place.
