I had a very disappointing experience at the U-Haul location at 2540 Allen Blvd, Middleton, WI 53562. I had booked my truck for this location and received an email confirmation showing the pickup address clearly. However, without properly informing me, U-Haul changed the booking location and created a lot of confusion. It seemed like this was done to avoid honoring the promised cashback/guarantee, which is very unfair to customers. When I showed the location manager my confirmation email proving that my booking was for this location, they were not helpful and did not try to properly fix the issue or even explain why the booking information was wrong. The manager’s attitude was not nice, and instead of helping the customer, they acted like it was not their problem. This was supposed to be a mobile pickup, which should be fast and should not require much interaction with staff. Instead, it took around 30 minutes just to deal with the issue at the location. After that, I contacted U-Haul customer service, but they were also not helpful. They mostly tried to avoid the issue, took another 10 minutes, did not clearly explain what was wrong, and then the call was dropped. Because of all this, my pickup was delayed by more than one hour, and I had to change my moving plan to the next day. Moving is already stressful, and U-Haul made it much worse. I would not recommend this location. U-Haul needs to fix its booking system, customer service, and the way this location handles customer problems. Customers should not be punished because U-Haul changes locations or gives incorrect booking information.

Lee INo areas of improvement are needed. The gentleman who helped us (Manager or assistant manager) was super easy to work with, and was very helpful.
Paul HIt took me a little time to figure out the fob /key.I should have asks a few questions . And a FYI, the clock wasn't set forward. No worries !!
