There was no one at the location to assist, but I was able to successfully complete the return using the U-Haul app. It was actually fairly intuitive once I found the correct area of the app to begin the return process.

The drop off went flawlessly.
William MMy rental location changed and I wasn’t given the address. Additionally, I asked to pick it up at 9am but the location didn’t open until 10am.
Lee RI paid to have an appliance dolly and a utility dolly there was neither in the truck and the place was not open when I picked up the U-haul. So I paid for something I did not receive
Dawn AFriendly and helpful. Trailer was ready on-time, clean and it towed excellent. Everything worked. I never realized how affordable it was to rent a 6x12 trailer and will definitely consider it more often, especially with it being so local.
