So, where do we start with this adventure?? First, I book for pick up in Leduc, then receive a phone call the night before from UHaul stating that Leduc doesn't have the 26' truck available but yet when I called to book it, Leduc had it. So, they made us drive an extra HOUR out of the way to go and pick up the 26' truck or they could only get me a 20' one. Then only compensate us for 22km not 25km or 50km extra. Like its such a big deal to 'cover extra milage'. Then we pick it up and the gas tank was not at the same level as it was stated on the bill. Says it was fuller then 1/4 tank and it definitely was not. Then they wouldn't accept my brothers ID, then he wouldn't take MY ID after UHAUL accepted it.
