Staff was very nice and helpful especially when U-Haul did not have the truck available that we had reserved and tried to get us to go to another place to pick one up over an hour away- but since this was the 3rd place we dealt with it…. Truck was filthy and top was repaired poorly and there were holes in the top and damage all over truck and the SMELL…. Inside the box of the truck was filthy as well…. Not the fault of the location- it was just a poor experience overall having to go to multiple places to get our truck that was reserved in advance… and this is not the first time this has happened- every U-Haul rental has been this way get to one location- oh you have to go somewhere else this adds time and gas money
