Attendant was very well-versed in rental procedures. Went over all the safety aspects of hooking up the trailer, checking all the lights and adjusting the safety chains. Excellent job

Nori HMisleading and charged more than what I was told for only 6 hour usage of U-Haul . Customer service very poor and agin misleading and charged way more than what I swiped my card and agreed to . Don’t go here go somewhere else they do have lower rates other places . Had a reservation for 10am they called 9:30 I told them I’m on the way they almost rented out what I reserved due to the man putting it as10 on . Not good service
