How U-Haul Reviews WorkI had booked the unit to be picked up at an alternate location and morning of received an email stating the location had changed to 58 Caribou St W. The office on Caribou was actually closed on a Saturday (the reason I made the reservation for pick up elsewhere)so we had to call again then wait for a Manager to open and get things set up for us. Not impressed to have to wait around and make multiple calls to sort this out. Delayed the start time of our move.
Jodie BThe location was difficult to find. I was disappointed that it was not in Regina, as requested. But the attendant was kind.
Laura OThe car Dolly lights were not working. Had to go and pick up another one across town. Was a bit inconvenient but got a working one.
Joseph GNo one answered the phone, or the door. I had to bang on it hard to get anyone’s attention. When they finally came they were so disorganized that I had to track down the truck and trailer myself. Also the trailer was in the worst possible place to pick it up. I almost had to jack knife the truck to get it hooked up. Overall experience was absolutely atrocious and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone even as a joke.
