While I was initially able to make the reservation, I was trying to confirm the reservation a few days before coming to town get the moving van. When I was finally able to reach someone the personnel didn’t take kindly at all to my request for a confirmation number. I also would have liked to verify my name but he didn’t give me that opportunity. No one was present the morning of pick up from U-HAUL at the ONLY U-HAUL LOCATION in Morris. Otherwise I’d have to drive an hour to Alexandria, MN, which I didn’t want to do. There was NO ONE AT A U-HAUL LOCATION to walk me through the process. Fortunately, I had my brother who helped me verify my reservation.

Didn't realize they were closed for lunch from noon to 1:00. Understandable in a small town when only one employee was available. If we would have been aware we would have changed our timing of arrival to be outside that hour.
