I feel like the additional fees that were thrown on at the last minute were completely irrational, especially with the fact that I did try and set it up so I could return the U-Haul in Maryland and I got a notification saying that I had to return it back to Harrisonburg so would that being said I had to do 240 miles back-and-forth as well as spent three hours loading and unloading in both locations and then also to spend the remainder of my savings as a newly graduate student. I think that’s just fucking ridiculous like that was all of my money I had stayed up after paying rent and paying other moving stuff so now I just don’t know what the fuck I’m gonna do but again that’s not your problem. I just really didn’t enjoy the experience. Brakes weren’t really working too well, I had to really push down on them and overall I was just getting a piss poor experience.

I was told if I accrued less than 30 miles there as no mileage charge. But I as charged even though I was under 30 miles. Im not happy. Air conditioner not working. Tire repair warning on. Odometer not showing.
