I dropped the truck off after the office had closed. Later that evening, the owner of that location texted me to let me know. He had closed my account on the truck and check to see how everything had gone excellent service from Mr. Stennett

Marilyn HMake is clear what the process will be in the app for mobile after hours pickup. The time was approaching for pickup (a few hours) and I saw no indication the truck was there and what I would do so I was really nervous. It was a big move so not having confidence about this critical step was stressful. I called customer service and the person was SO HELPFUL. I was extremely worried and nervous I’d be stuck without a truck or no way to get the key. She helped me and stayed on the phone with me through the whole process. I am so thankful to her.
