How U-Haul Reviews WorkNo improvement necessary. The owner of the business was really nice, super organized, and got me on the road very quickly! Great place to rent a U-Hual. Especially when compared to going up to the Greenbrier or even Virginia Beach area to pick up a truck. Quick drive from the Hickory area of Chesapeake!
John MMy frustration was not with the location, but with U-Haul itself and how frustrating it was to check out with the app and not an actual person. It was agonizing. Makes me not want to rent with U-Haul in the future. That experience I rate as very poor.
