Eric was helpful, kind, and flexible! He helped me deal with the issues I had with my electrical hookup on my vehicle. (I didn’t check that I had one) I had to leave my original pick up time to have it installed. He was willing to cancel my day so I wouldn’t pay for the day I didn’t use it, or come back after they closed in case it took that long to install, so I could still pick it up on the day I wanted! And called me for updates to make sure I figured out a solution! Very considerate.
